1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Optimysoft website and the purchase of our digital products (including the Multiman audio plugin).
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller FastSpring. FastSpring is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. FastSpring provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns related to your payment.
3. Digital Products and Delivery
All products sold by Optimysoft are digital downloads (audio plugins/virtual instruments). Upon successful payment processing by FastSpring, you will receive an email containing your download link and license key. No physical product will be shipped.
4. License Agreement
By purchasing our software, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or professional audio production. You may not redistribute, resell, rent, or reverse-engineer the software.
5. Refund Policy
All sales of software plugins and digital products are final. Once your unique license key has been delivered via email, the purchase cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
Optimysoft shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
